Purchased to inflate an old self inflating sleeping pad that didn't self inflate very well anymore. But I'm pretty amazed at how much I have used this tiny little pump over the year that I've owned it. Old sleeping pad, new sleeping pad, air mattress, vacuum bags and lighting the barbecue. When I bought it, I thought that it would be better to have an even smaller pump without the light, but with the optional lampshade it is the perfect little light for your tent. Well, except for that one time when I, in the middle of the night, still half sleeping, switched on the pump instead of the light. You have no idea how loud this little pump is until you switch it on in the middle of an otherwise dead-silent campground.
