I added another layer of memory foam pellets to this pillow and now it is soft but very supportive. I love the fact there was space inside the pouch to add more material in this way. It’s also the only camping pillow I’ve had that attaches to a pad or cot so scores high with this feature too. Overall I like it a lot.
I've struggled trying to find a good wedge pillow for bikepacking because of bulging discs in my neck from C3-C7. This pillow is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend it for anyone who has neck issues or just wants a high quality pillow for backpacking or bike packing.
Good outer fabric, good shape, and packs away very compact.

I have only tested this item a few times, since buying it and I already love it. It stays in place on my matt and is very comfortable. I have tried others and holding them in place has always been an issue, but not with the Flextail. It inflates in seconds with my pump and packs away into a tiny bag, so takes up bery little space. It's soft coating males it warm to touch and comfortable. If it remains durable, then it's a must have item for me.
